Albert A. Janelle, 83, of New Boston, passed away on December 13, 2010 at the Ridgewood Center in Bedford.
He was born in Manchester on September 13, 1927, the son of Joseph and Eva (Cullerot) Janelle. He was a United State Army Veteran and had worked for J.F. McElwain for many years. He enjoyed fishing.
Family members include his wife of 57 years, Gertrude (Bissonnette) Janelle; five sons, Donald Janelle of Canterbury, Henri Janelle of Candia, David Janelle of Auburn, Raymond Janelle of New Boston and Michael Janelle of Manchester; two daughters, Simone Barry of New Boston and Yvonne Janelle of Pembroke; five grandchildren; a sister, Lucille Lavoie of Manchester; and nephews, nieces and cousins.
A memorial gathering will take place on Thursday morning from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 in Sacred Heart Church. Committal services will take place in St. Augustin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Home Health and Hospice Care, 22 Prospect Street, Nashua, NH 03060.
