Alfred ( AL ) R. Venne, 53, died December 1, 2007 at the Hospice House in Concord, NH after a brief illness. He was born in Manchester, on October 7, 1954, the son of Louis and Laura (Turgeon) Venne. Mr. Venne was a life long resident of Manchester, and attended local schools and graduated from Trinity High School in 1972. He worked for many years for Citizens Bank in Manchester. He was a devoted husband, father, brother and son. Mr. Venne was a very caring and helping person to many. He was a parishioner of Parish of the Transfiguration and helped out with various programs in that church. Family members included his wife of 30 years Denise A. (Dionne) Venne of Manchester, NH; one son Bradley Venne of South Windsor, CT.; one brother Roger Venne of Manchester; four sisters Janet McAndrew of Hooksett , NH Collette Hamel , Denise C. Venne both of Manchester, NH and Claire Lewis of Franklin, NH. Several nephews and one niece many uncles, aunts and cousins. IN HIS LIFE - He leaves his daughter in law Carolyn Venne from South Windsor, CT. Calling Hours will be on Monday from 3-7 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes, 243 Hanover St ., corner of Union St., Manchester. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Parish of the Transfiguration, 107 Alsace St. , Manchester. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
