Alice M. Boisvert

Alice M. (Bourassa) Boisvert, 95, formerly of 577 Hevey Street, died August 21, 2005 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack. She was born in Manchester on October 5, 1909, the daughter of the late Elzael and Delia (Houle) Bourassa and had been a lifelong resident of the city. She was the widow of Florent R. Boisvert who died in 2001. She had worked for 25 year at Manchester Knitted Fashions until her retirement. She was a long-time communicant of the Parish of the Transfiguration. Family members include a son, Ronald Boisvert of Manchester; two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Jeannine) Smith of Vero Beach, FL and Mrs. Leo (Irene) Allard of Goffstown; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 10:00 in the Church of the Transfiguration. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
