Alice E. Duval, 90, of 80 Omega Streeet, Manchester, died March 12, 2000, at Harborside Northwood Health Care after a short illness. She was born in Chelsea, Ma., on January 25, 1910, the daughter of George and Ida (Sanford) Avery and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. She was a parishioner of St. Patrick Church and the widow of James Duval, Sr., who died in 1968. Family members include two sons, Ernest Duval of Irmo, South Carolina and James Duval, Jr. Of Manchester, two daughters, Mrs. Lorraine Villemaire of Exeter, NH and Mrs. Ronald (Ruth) Machos of Manchester, 21 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, eight great, great grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Virginia Lefebvre of Londonderry and Mrs. Dixie "Mary" Menard of Pembroke, NH, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning at 10 o'clock in St. Patrick Church. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Donations may be made to one's favorite charity
