MANCHESTER– Alice M. Gomes, 81, of Manchester died Saturday December 29, 2012 at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester.
Alice was born in Manchester, NH on October 5, 1931 the daughter of the late Peter R. and Carmen (Gomes) Gomes. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Members of her family include her sisters, Fernanda Gomes and Dolores Verrill and her husband Philip, one niece, Lea Verrill, her most beloved great grandnephew, Rodney R.. Lafond, III and her most beloved great grandniece, Hayley Lafond. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph F. Gomes who died in 2012.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the Manchester VNA Hospice, the Manchester Fire Department and Ambulance Services, Hanover Hill Rehab and the staff at the Elliot Hospital for their outstanding services to the family.
