ALLEN R. MACKAY
LITTLETON -- Allen Roderick MacKay, 66, of Littleton, passed away on Thursday, July 17th at the Littleton Regional Hospital.
Allen was born March 23, 1937 in Landaff, NH, the son of Albert and Delia (Nason) MacKay.
He served in the U. S. Navy for 6 years. He was employed by several construction companies in the North Country as well as a self-employed logger and construction worker.
Surviving family includes one son, Jeffrey MacKay of Florida; a brother, Kenneth and his wife, Betty MacKay of Littleton, NH; four sisters, Mary Laleme of Bethlehem, Madalynn and Frank (Tom) Drouse of Concord, NH, Gloria and David Louis of Littleton, NH, Diane and Lynn Acres of Concord, NH; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Lolene (Mondeau) MacKay in 1993, one son, Allen MacKay, Jr. in 1997, and one daughter, Noreen Vaillancourt in 1995.
SERVICES At the request of the family, there will be no calling hours. A Graveside Committal service will be held in the Landaff Center Cemetery, a date to be announced.
