Alpha E. Martel

Alpha E. Martel, 81, of Goffstown died May 27, 2008 at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester. He was born on June 17, 1926 in St. Leon de. Valracine, Canada the son of the late Aimee and Melanie (Turgeon) Martel. He was raised and educated in Canada. He moved to Manchester in 1968 and then he moved to Goffstown in 1990. Mr. Martel worked in construction during his life. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Jeannine (Thibault) Martel of Goffstown, NH; 3 daughters, Lucie Martel of Goffstown, Manon Martel of Goffstown and Maryse Gagne and her husband Daniel of Goffstown, 5 granddaughters, Cassandra Gagne, Amanda Gagne, Nicole Martel, Sabrina Gagne and Katrina Gagne all of Goffstown; special son, Bobbi Ouelette and his family; 2 brothers, Leon Martel and Norbert Martel both of Canada, 2 sisters, Eugenie Martel and Eva Dumont both of Canada and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
