LITTLETON, NH Amelia Hobert, 97, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at the Lafayette Health Care Center in Franconia, NH.
Amelia was born on May 23, 1909, a daughter to Kenin and Rose Hobert in Fort Kent, Maine.
Amelia was well-known for her hair dressing business which she owned and operated in Littleton for several years. She was one of the oldest members of the Catholic Daughters and a life-long parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Church.
Amelia leaves one cousin, Louise Luzo of Littleton, NH, two nieces and a nephew of North Adams, MA, as well as her dedicated friend and caregiver, Bill Hixon of Littleton, NH.
SERVICES Friends may gather at Pillsbury Funeral Home located at 101 Union Street in Littleton from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 20th, which will be followed by a funeral service at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Marcel Martel as Celebrant. A private burial will be held in the St. Rose Cemetery.
