Andre Robert Belanger, 84, known affectionately as Andy, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024, after a brief illness. Born on November 5, 1939, in Manchester, NH, he was the second son of Armand and Marie (Brunelle) Belanger.
After graduating from West High School (Class of ‘57), he enlisted into the Air Force achieving rank of Airman 1st class and received an honorable discharge in 1962. He spent many summers hauling their camper from one state park to another, enjoying their time together around a bonfire and barbequing. Later in life, he and Joanne enjoyed many summers on Cape Cod and in Wells Maine with their grandchildren.
Golf was a central passion throughout Andy's life. He loved the camaraderie of it on and off the course and could often be found at the Derryfield Country Club playing Hearts or Cribbage with his friends long past the time his wife would have liked him home!
