Ann Theresa (Sullivan) Hannan, 82, of Bedford, NH was called to Heaven on December 22, 2020. Born on January 15, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Coffee) Sullivan, who had immigrated from Ireland to start their family in Boston, MA. She shared 58 years of marriage with her late husband, Paul J. Hannan.
Ann was raised and educated in Somerville, MA. She married Paul Hannan in 1961. Ann and Paul started their family and were blessed with two children. Ann was a devout Christian who found great comfort in her faith; when she was younger, she was a member of her church's women's guild, and was more recently a parishioner of Tower Hill Church in Auburn. Ann was a talented seamstress who was known for sewing Irish Step Dancing costumes for her daughter and nieces. Above all else, family was paramount in Ann's life. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who cherished time spent with her loved ones.
Ann is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Sue Ellen; her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and David Beecher; her grandsons, Jonathan Beecher and his wife Lisa, Zachary Beecher and his wife Alyssa, Joshua Beecher and Nicholas Beecher; her granddaughter, Julia Hannan; her brother and sister, Buddy Sullivan and Kay Cashman; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
