Ann graduated from Lincoln High School, where she was a majorette in McLure's Band and played the saxophone, enjoying many trips with the band. She earned her Diploma in Nursing from the Elliot Hospital School of Nursing in 1958 and was honored with the Caritas Christie medal from her alma mater for her dedication to nursing. Ann began her career in the operating room at the Elliot Hospital before returning to Lincoln to marry Floyd D. Wiggett.
She worked in various capacities at Littleton Regional Hospital for over 51 years and continued part-time work, totaling 52 years in the medical field. For the last 26 years of her career, she worked in Oncology, a position she cherished while raising her four children.
During this time, she also obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration and Planning from the University of New Hampshire.
In addition to her nursing career, Ann served on the Littleton School Board for 31 years, spending 11 years as Chairperson and 5 years as Vice Chairperson, collaborating with seven superintendents and several board members. One of her greatest passions was advocating for the construction of a new elementary school for the children of Littleton.
A devoted member of St. Rose of Lima Church, Ann cherished being part of her church community.
Ann is survived by her children: Scott P. Wiggett (Deb) of Littleton, NH; Rhoda A. Cheney (Paul) of Salem, OR; Tammy S. Seiler (Kenneth, who predeceased her) of Forest Grove, OR; and Holly M. Glanville of Forest Grove, OR.
Her grandchildren include: Nicole K. Pickering; Meghan E. Musselwhite (Ben); and Charlie Glanville, all from Forest Grove, OR; Taylor S. Wiggett of Littleton, NH; and Cameron M. Jamison (Blake) of Trail, OR.
Her great-grandchildren are Dominick Resendes, Leah Maldonado, Lexi Perryman, and Sophia Cervantez, all from Oregon, and Aidan Wiggett from Lancaster, NH.
Ann also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Pillsbury Phaneuf Funeral Home, located at 101 Union Street, Littleton, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Friday, June 20, 2025, at St. Rose of Lima Church, 82 High St., Littleton, NH, with Father Ryan officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, located on Old Airport Road, Lincoln, NH.
In place of flowers, donations may be made to the Oncology Unit at Littleton Regional Healthcare.
