Anna Champagne, 64, formerly of 175 Chestnut Street, died September 14, 2007 at the Elliot Hospital. She was born in Goffstown on July 6, 1943, the daughter of Cleophas and Eliza (Marcotte) Champagne and had been a lifelong resident of the area. She had worked as a nurses aid at St. Theresas Manor for many years. She loved to crochet and do woodworking. Family members include two brothers, Robert Champagne of Hooksett and Marcel Champagne of Manchester; four sisters, Rita Leclerc of Londonderry, Pauline Hebert of Manchester, Doris Champagne of CA and Lena Rogler of Manchester; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. A memorial service is scheduled for a later date. Urn burial will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
