Annette M. (Desfosses) Proulx, 82, of 180 Woodbury Street, died February 4, 2000, in Straub Hospital, Honolulu, Hawaii after a brief illness. She was born in Manchester on January 26, 1918, the daughter of Albert and Imelda (Roberge) Desfosses and had been a lifelong resident of the Queen City. She and her husband wintered in Honolulu, Hawaii for the past 30 years. She was a parishioner of St. Jean Baptiste Church. Family members include her husband of 61 years, Robert Proulx of Manchester, five sons, Donald Proulx of Manchester, Richard Proulx of Bedford, Robert Proulx, David Proulx and Ronald Proulx all of Manchester, four daughters, Mrs. Jean-Paul (Lucille) Tanguay of Candia, Mrs. Paul (Jacqueline) Racette of Florida, Mrs. Wayne (Irene) Frost of Hampton and Mrs. Glen (Mary) Leidemer of Manchester, her predeceased daughter Annette Proulx who died in 1967, there are 27 grandchildren, several great grandchidren, a sister, Mrs. Ernest (Yvette) Tetreault of Manchester, several nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be no calling hours. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 11:30 o'clock in St. Jean Baptiste Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
