Arlene V. Dube

Arlene Virginia Villemure Dube departed this world December 31st.  She passed peacefully in the early hours, having spent the preceding days surrounded by family and her loving and devoted husband Roger. Arlene was 78, born to Louise Villemure on June 29, 1945 in Manchester NH. Arlene raised her family in Hooksett where she spent her adult life. 

Arlene pursued many passions during her long and productive life. She loved photography and created gorgeous scrapbooks full of memories for her children and grandchildren. She spent years creating beautiful ceramics which she generously gifted to friends and family. She taught ceramics classes, sharing her passion with friends and children. 

Her greatest passion and success was raising 3 of her grandchildren when her daughter Danielle passed at a young age.  Arlene and her husband Roger took the children into their home. They raised them as their own, and devoted their lives to making sure Danielle’s children had the tools for success in life. Arlene was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she loved her husband’s children as her own. Nothing brought more joy to her than spending time with all of the grandchildren teaching them the art of ceramics. 

Arlene is preceded in death by her son Roger Houde III, daughter Danielle Dziura, brother Raymond Villemure. She leaves behind her husband of 38 years, Roger Dube, children Kim (David) Edwards, Carole Anne Dube, Paula Dube (Joan Mealy), Diane (Aaron) Corsetti, Gerald (Wendy) Dube, Susan Hennas. 14 grandchildren, Shane, Kayla, Jacob (Dziura), Shawn (Abby) Ducharme, Glee Anne Corsetti (Thomas Gatta) Portia Jensen Corsetti (Matthew Jensen), Tessa Corsetti (Joe Herrneckar), Janna Corsetti, Jessica (Nick) Iacovelli, Stephanie (Eric) Juran, Sydney, Mackenzie, Nathan Hennas, Zachary Edwards. 6 great grandchildren, Harmony, Rosaleigh, Nathalie, Edyn, Lucia, Whitaker, and her special friend and neighbor Kathy Lambert.

She will be greatly missed.
