Arline A. (Breton) L'Esperance, 63, of 7 Shelburne Road, Merrimack and formerly of 56 Joliette Street, Manchester, died April 12, 2003 at the Elliot Hospital. She was born in Manchester on November 5, 1939, the daughter of the late Edward and Angeline (Shiney) Breton and had lived all of her life in the city before moving to Merrimack last year. She was a caregiver for many years. She loved to play Bingo and enjoyed Christmas. She was the widow of Jean J. L'Esperance who died in May 2002. Family members include three sons, Jean L'Esperance, Raymond L'Esperance and Robert L'Esperance all of Manchester; two daughters, Diane Schuh of Poulsbo, WA and Denise Milton of Merrimack; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a brother, Richard Breton of Manchester; three sisters, Charlotte Belanger of New Boston, Connie Mills of Manchester and Jeanne Hinnershitz of PA; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Tuesday from 5 to 9 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday morning at 10:00 in the funeral home chapel.
