Armand L. Montminy, 69, of Manchester, NH, died March 8, 2005, at Villa Crest Retirement, Inc. He was born in St. Malo, Canada, on October 14, 1935, the son of the late Wilfred and Marie-Jeanne (Roy) Montminy and had been a resident of Manchester since 1965. He was a finish carpenter for Pro Con Construction. Armand ushered for many years at St. Peters Church in Auburn. He belonged to the Knights of Columbus Council # 10973. Mr. Montminy enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Family members include his wife of 41 years Jacqueline (Hebert) Montminy of Manchester, two sons; Richard Montminy of Newbury, NH and Michael Montminy of Allenstown, NH, two daughters; Carol Montminy of Hudson, NH and Cindy Weisman of Sanbornton, NH, six grandchildren, three brothers; Leo Montminy, Gerard Montminy, both of Sherbrooke, PQ, Canada and Maurice Montminy of Montreal, PQ, Canada, two sisters; Diana Hebert of Manchester, NH and Marie-Rose Montminy of Sherbrooke, PQ, Canada, many nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Cremtorium, 243 Hanover Street, Friday from 2:30 to 4:30 and 6 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning at 10 OClock in St. Peters Church, Auburn, NH. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
