Arthur Dion, 80, of 175 Revere Avenue, died July 14, 2004, at the Elliot Hospital.
He was born in Manchester, NH on April 1, 1924, the son of the late Joseph and Angeline (Delisle) Dion and had been a lifelong resident of this area. Mr. Dion owned and operated Dion’s Service Station for six years and was a self employed Master Plumber for many years. He was a W.W. II Army veteran.
Family members include his wife of 57 years, Theresa (Lessard) Dion of Manchester, two sons; Darryl Dion of Manchester and Larry Dion of Allenstown, a daughter, Spc. Michele Martin, stationed at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, eight grandchildren; Heather Dion, Samantha Dion, Bengeman Dion, Robin Buxton, Derek Dion, Kierra Dion, Langdon Dion and Tabatha Martin, 5 great grandchildren' Christine McKeon, Nicole McKeon, Chantell Buxton, Cydni Leanne Buxton and Brandon Buxton, a brother William Dion of Florida, two sisters; Rachel Dion Allard of Manchester and Marie Dion Lojko of Nashua, several nieces, nephews.
SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Friday morning from 9 to 11 with the service immediately following in the funeral
