Arthur R. Richer
Mr. Arthur R. Richer, 59, of Bedford died April 29, 2011 at his home in Bedford, NH following a period of declining health.
He was born on November 6, 1951 in Manchester, NH the son of the late Arthur E. and Clara O. (Houle) Richer. He was raised and educated in Manchester, graduating from West High School. He furthered his education at the NH Vo Tech, receiving training in heating technology.
He worked in the heating industry for many years.
Arthur was an avid NASCAR fan. He loved the outdoors, be it camping, fishing or on a snowmobile. Arthur also enjoyed hockey.
In His Life: He is survived by his son, Joseph Richer and his wife Heather Leonard of Derry; granddaughters, Skylar and Wynter Richer of Derry, and his former wife Barbara Richer Suermann of Merrimack. He was predeceased by his sister, Priscilla Richer.
Calling Hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester on Monday from 5-8PM. His Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:00AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in Arthur’s name can be made to the Animal Rescue League of NH, 545 Route 101, Bedford, NH 03110. Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
