Aurore Y. (Morrisette) Desrochers, 86, of 159 Rockland Ave, died on January 29, 2005 at the Elliot Hospital. She was born in Manchester on June 15, 1918, the daughter of Onesiphore and Sylvia (Rioux) Morrisette and had been a lifelong resident of the city. She was the widow of Albert A. Desrochers who died in 1975 and by a son Maurice Desrochers who died in 1993. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church for over 45 years. Earlier in her career she had worked for the New Hampshire State Welfare Department. She belonged to the CWV Womens Auxiliary. She loved to crochet, knit and garden. Family members include a son, Robert H. Desrochers of Manchester; a daughter, Mrs. Edward F. (Doris) Clegg, Jr., of Manchester; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. A Memorial Mass will be scheduled at a later date at the convenience of the family.
