Jacob is the son of James and Tammy (Potter) Farrell of Auburn, his maternal grandparents, James and Susan (Lincoln) Potter of Tampa, Florida, his paternal grandparents, Robert Farrell of Newburyport, Ma., and Ramona (Shuttuck) Farrell of Concord, NH, two brothers, Aaron James Farrell of New Durham, NH and Timothy James Farrell of Auburn, NH. Services are private. The Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
