Barbara L. Elliott

Barbara Elliott, 79, of Lisbon, NH died peacefully at her home on April 18, 2024. She was born on February 21, 1945, to the late Robert and Louise Poore of Lyman, NH. 
 
Barbara was employed by Harrison Publishing House for 35 years. She loved to read, garden, take long walks, and spend time with her family. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Philip "Phil" Poore Sr. 
 
Barbara is survived by her husband of 59 years, John G. Elliott III, her son, John G. Elliott IV and his wife, Barbara of Virginia, her daughter, Erica White and husband Jim of Lisbon, NH, and her grandson, Cole White. She is also survived by her step-grandchildren, Nicole, Anna, Michael, and Steven, two step-great granddaughters, and her nephews, Phil Poore Jr., Les and his wife Melissa Poore and their family of Lyman, NH.
 
Barbara will be remembered by her family and friends for her family gatherings, love of cooking and taking care of her family.
 
A private celebration of Barbara's life will be held at a later date.
