BARBARA J. HARRIS FREMONT – Barbara J. (McFarlane) Harris, 68, died on Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at Elliot Hospital, in Manchester. She was born on March 9, 1941, in Portland, ME, the daughter of the late George and Phyllis (Graham) McFarlane. She was a resident of Fremont for the past 20 years. Prior to this, she resided in Pembroke, NH. Mrs. Harris was employed as an inspector at Hitachi Cable, where she worked for many years. She enjoyed buying and collecting antiques. Mrs. Harris also loved spending time reading and walking her dog. Members of her family include; her husband of 25 years, Thomas E. Harris, of Fremont; her children, Theresa Caron, of Frisco, TX; Michael Caron, of Strafford, NH; Cheryl Zarakotas, of Deerfield, NH; 5 grandchildren; 9 step grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; a sister, Betty Morrissette, of Bedford, NH; 1 niece and 1 nephew. IN HER LIFE: In addition, other family members include; her son-in-law, Stephen Zarakotas, of Deerfield, NH; her daughter-in-law, Sheilah Caron, of Strafford, NH, and her former husband, Maurice Caron, of Goffstown, NH. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Gregoire. SERVICES: There are no calling hours or services.
