Barbara S. Regis

Barbara S. (Smith) Regis, 67, of 3 Brookside Terrace, Allenstown, died September 24, 2000 at the Elliot Hospital. She was born in Stark on December 16, 1932, the daughter of the late Edward and Nina (Montgomery) Smith and had been an Allenstown resident for over thirty years. She had worked at J.F. McElwain for many years. For the past twelve years, she had employed in the housekeeping department at Epsom Manor Nursing Home until her illness. She was an avid bower and belonged to various bowling leagues at Lakeside Lanes. She was a past member of the Rayfree Seniors in Raymond. Family members include her daughter, Mrs. Gerard ''Jerry'' (Brenda) Phaneuf of Manchester; two grandchildren; and nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Monday from 4 to 7 PM. Funeral services will be conducted in the funereal home chapel on Monday evening at 7:00 PM. Interment will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
