Barbara E. Taylor, 84, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2026, at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire. Born on October 11, 1941, in Concord, New Hampshire, Barbara was the daughter of the late Michael and Helen (Graeber) Pietrusiak.

Barbara was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness, warmth, and love for her family will be remembered by all who knew her. Throughout her life, she touched countless lives with her caring nature, generous spirit and warm hugs.

Barbara enjoyed shopping, knitting and reading. She enjoyed sitting on the beach with her friends and family at their beach cottage in Hampton, NH. She always enjoyed entertaining and welcomed everyone especially at their beach house “social hours”. She was employed by National Cash Register (NCR) as a computer programmer and system analyst and Allstate Insurance Company as a Claims Adjuster for many years followed by several part time employments while her daughters were of school age. She took great pride in being a mom to 2 daughters, a wife to the love of her life and a Jammy to her 3 precious grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Jay Taylor; her daughter, Kim Rouleau; son in law Andrew Koblenzer; grandson Ryan Rouleau; granddaughters Taylor Koblenzer and Kloe Rouleau along with her brother in law Richard Bertelli, 2 nephews, and many dear friends. In addition to her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her sister Susan Bertelli, her daughter Joy Koblenzer and her son in law Raymond Rouleau.

Following cremation, family and friends are invited to attend a gathering in celebration of Barbara's life from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 1st, 2026, at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, New Hampshire.
