Bernadette (Bisson) Bergeron, 92, of 84 Varney Street, Manchester, died March 14, 2003, at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital, Berlin, NH. She was born in Valley Junction, Canada, on November 11, 1910, the daughter of the late Ernest and Laura (Cloutier) Bisson and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. Mrs. Bergeron was an avid knitter and especially loved knitting slippers for her family. She loved bingo and playing cards. She is the widow of William Bergeron who died in 1983. Family members include her son Maurice Bergeron and his wife Lucille of Berlin, NH with whom she resided with since her illness, a daughter Mrs. Raymond (Lorraine) Sevigny of Ft. Myers, Florida, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are welcomed to calling hours at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:45 o'clock with her Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 11 o'clock in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
