Bertha M. Prive, 89, of Manchester died April 20, 2002 in a local health facility. She was born in Penacook, NH on May 28, 1912, the daughter of the late Joseph and Armena (Massey) LaBonte and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. She was a parishoner of St. Raphael Church and she loved knitting. Family members include her husband of 67 years, George J. Prive, Sr., of Manchester, her two predeceased sons, Raymond Prive and George J. Prive, Jr., a daughter-in-law Jacqueline Prive of Manchester, three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, four sisters, Yvonne LaBonte, Irene Plocharczpk, Marie Mayo and Dorothy Karwocki, all of Penacook, NH, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Wednesday morning from 9 to 11 o'clock with her Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 11 o'clock in St. Raphael Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
