Berton A. Stone

Berton "Jacob" A. Stone, 69, of Manchester, passed away at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack on December 23, 2018.

He was born in Middlebury, VT on June 18, 1949, the son of Wilson and Charlotte (Cooper) Stone. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion Post 79. He loved watching Court TV, COPS, and Forensic Files.

Family members include a son, Robert Stone of VT; a step son, Anthony Dicampo and his fiancé Corin of Manchester; three grandchildren, Savannah, Dawn, and Lexi, two brothers, Michael Stone of VT and James Stone of CO; five sisters, Cecilia Balogh of OH, Annette Adams of VT, his twin sister, Barbara LaFave of VT, Jean Ploof of VT, and Virginia Desrocher of VT; and nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., Manchester on Monday January 7th from 10 AM to 12 PM with funeral services to follow at Noon in the funeral home chapel.
