Betty ''Kiki'' Kounas, 65, of Manchester died at her residence on June 20, 2002. She was born in Manchester on February 8, 1937, the daughter of George and Alice (Bobotas) Kounas and had been a lifelong resident of the city. She was a graduate of Manchester High School Central. For 37 years, she had been employed by Dr. Philip George as a dental assistant. She was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and the New Hampshire Dental Society. Family members include her brother, Dennis Kounas of Candia; two nieces, Krisanne Smith of Athens, GA and Andrea Tartsa of Manchester; a grandniece, Mallory Smith of Athens, GA; and several uncles, aunts and cousins. Family and friends are invited to gather at St. Nicholas Church on Monday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. The funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 in the Church with burial to follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
