Betty Alward Stewart

Betty Alward Stewart, 71, of Daytona Beach, FL died at her residence on December 20, 2002. She was born in Bedford and worked for many years as a real estate agent. She moved to Daytona Beach, FL in 1978. She enjoyed gardening and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Ormond Beach and the Ormond Beach Moose Lodge. Family members include four sons, Glenn Stewart of Holly Hills, FL, Keith Stewart of Daytona Beach, FL, Skip Stewart of Bedford and Ron Stewart of North Berwick, ME; and five grandchildren. A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Saturday from 10 to 11 AM. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 with the Rev. Mel Stewart officiating.
