Beverly C. (DiVenuti) Papp, 59, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester, she is the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Lazzar) DiVenuti. Raised and educated in Manchester, she married the love of her life, Lee Papp, in 1979. The young couple settled in Manchester to raise their beautiful family. Over the years, Beverly travelled throughout New England and the East Coast, to support her talented husband and his numerous bands.
A dedicated wife, mother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and friend, Beverly's family was paramount in life. She cherished memories made with family and friends at their camp; playing card games and boating on Lake Winnipesauke. An animal lover, Beverly found great comfort and companionship in her dogs, Lilly and the late, Spike. Beverly's warm smile and friendly aura were magnetic, making friends wherever she went. A kind and helpful aunt and great aunt, Beverly was always the first to welcome babies to the family. For many years, she enjoyed training in Karate. Later, Beverly took an interest in knitting. Most recently, she enjoyed bowling with friends in local leagues. Beverly will be best remembered for her generous heart and gentle spirit.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Lee Papp, with whom she shared 39 years of marriage; two sons, Christopher Papp and Nicolas Papp, both of Manchester; sister, Linda Rousseau; four brothers, A. Timothy DiVenuti and wife Barbara, John DiVenuti, Lawrence DiVenuti and wife Christine, and Edward DiVenuti and wife Bonnie; sisters-in-law, Roxanne Papp and Diane Nye; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
ARRANGEMENTS: Her Visitation will be held at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, on Sunday, October 14, from 4:00 to 7:00P.M. The Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated in the St. Hedwig Church, 147 Walnut St., Manchester, on Monday, October 15 at 11:00A.M. Committal to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, 765 Brown Ave., Manchester.
