Beverly A. Phelan

Beverly Phelan, 64, of 523 Union Street, died December 15, 2002, at Maple Leaf Health Care Center. She was born in Ludlow, Vermont on March 8, 1928, the daughter of the late Francis and Rachel (Page) Phelan and had been a resident of Manchester for the past 22 years. Beverly collected dolls and teddy bears. She loved her dogs. Family members include her long time companion, John Keen and her best friend, Sandi Ramirez, both of Manchester. There are no services. The Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, is in charge of arrangements.
