Blanche Connor

Blanche (Tremblay) Connor, 95, formerly of 100 Myrtle Street, Manchester, died July 17, 2000, at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home. She was born in GoffsFalls, NH on July 16, 1905, the daughter of the late Adelard and Marie (Roy) Tremblay and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. Mrs. Connor was educated in the Nashua, NH schools, was administrative Secretary at Sacred Heart Hospital for 10 years and worked 20 years as a bookkeeper for Nuttings Music Store. She was the widow of Attorney Frank E. Connor who was the attorney for the Veteran Administration Regional Office. Family members include four nephews, Francis A. Tremblay, Donald R. Tremblay both of California, Dr. David Connor and Attorney James A. Connor, both of Manchester, two nieces, Mrs. Elaine Kurtis of California and Mary Jane St.Germain of No. Kingston, Rhode Isalnd, several grand nieces and grand nephews. SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thrusday morning at 11 o'clock in St. Joseph Chapel, Manchester, NH. Burial will be at St. Louis Cemetery, Nashua, NH The Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, is in charge of arrangements.
