Brenda Mulé-Therrien, 61, of Manchester, passed away peacefully in her home on September 6, 2025 surrounded by family.
Born in Manchester, NH on January 22, 1964, she was one of six siblings raised by her father Frank Bernard. Brenda was a devoted mother to her three children and a loving presence in the lives of her grandchildren.
Brenda most enjoyed spending time with her family, including road trips with her husband, Bob Therrien, and trips to Prince Edward Island to visit relatives. She loved the holidays and always looked forward to the annual family Christmas party.
Brenda will be remembered for her generosity and her deep faith in Christ, which was a source of comfort during her illness. She routinely put others before her own interests and was an avid supporter of the military, helping soldiers when they returned home from active duty.
Brenda is predeceased by her father, Frank Bernard, brother James Bernard, and first husband Joseph Mulé. She is survived by her husband, Robert Therrien; children John Bernard, Chrystal Smith and her husband Robert Raulerson, Brandan Santos, and step daughter Christina Therrien; siblings T’uma Bernard, Mark Bernard, John Arthur Bernard and Mary Bernard; grandchildren Dylan Dipesa Serven, Tayla Smith, Mia Bernard, Piper Bernard, Malani “Izzy” Santos, and many nieces and nephews.
Services: A visitation will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Home on Monday September 15, 2025 from 4pm-7pm, located at 243 Hanover Street, Manchester NH 03104. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday September 16, 2025 at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Manchester, NH, at 10:00am. Cemetery committal to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery located at 765 Brown Avenue, Manchester, NH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brenda’s honor to the Wounded Warrior Project.
