Brian A. Cote, 58, of Northwood, NH, passed away on August 5, 2025, at Concord Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Manchester, NH, on June 30, 1967, Brian was the youngest son of Henry and Doris Cote. He was raised in Manchester, NH, attended local schools, and graduated from Manchester Central High School in 1985. In 2014, after years of admiring Steven’s leadership, work ethic, and mentorship, Brian purchased Hilltop Fun Center, taking considerable pride in continuing its legacy. Over the years he employed many, many local teenagers and adults with several of them becoming part of his forever Hilltop family.
Brian enjoyed playing golf and loved the Miami Dolphins when they were winning and did his best to love them even when they were losing. Brian enjoyed his yearly vacations and mini get aways as well as casinos and any adventure that included animals. He was a member of the Great North Woods Rotary Club where he enjoyed making new friends and having a positive impact on the local community.
Brian loved his family and cherished time spent with them. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Joanna Cote, as well as their pets Frecklebean, Skittles, Charlie Boy, Lexi, and Tommy Boy. He is survived by his siblings Nancy Lievens and brother-in-law Richard, Barbara Mardanes and brother-in-law Tim, Maureen Cote and brother-in-law Richard, Mary Mailhot and brother-in-law Pete, Gary Cote and sister-in-law Rosanne, sister-in-law Suzanne Cote, mother-in-law Nancy Bothwick, and sister-in-law Tina Walton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great- nephews, and cousins.
