C. Frederick ''Fred'' Alibrandi, 77, of 126 Smith Street, Waltham, Ma., died September 19, 2002, at Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, MA. He was born in Fitchburg, Ma. on December 10, 1924, the son of the late C. Frederick and Nunzia (Mancuso) Alibrandi and lived most of his life in Sudbury & Natick Massachusetts. Mr. Alibrandi also lived in Daytona Beach, Florida and resided 15 years in Nashua, NH. He is the widower of Corinne Rita (Williams) Alibrandi who died in 1999. He was a WW II Navy Veteran, Pharmacist Mate First Class and served in the Pacific Theatre. Fred's generosity of spirit was widely known through his family, friends and business associates. Thirty years with Kennedy Clothing, Inc. and fifteen years as President of Alibrandi Specialty Apparel. He was a member of the Nashua Rotarion and the Knights of Columbus of Natick, Ma. Family members include two sons, Rick Alibrandi of Bradford, NH and Mark Alibrandi of Belmont, Ma., and Scituate, Ma., a daughter Marsha Alibrandi of Cummaquid, Ma. and Raleigh, NC, five grandchildren, Tara, Craig, Stephen, Joseph and Anna, a brother Anthony Alibrandi of Quincy, Ma., his predeceased brother John Alibrandi who died in 1979, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Tuesday morning from 9 to 11 o'clock with his Mass of Christian Burial immediately following at 11 o'clock in St. Joseph Cathedral. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery
