C. Christopher Jensen

C. Christopher “Chris” Jensen, 51, of Bedford, died May 28, 2005 at Catholic Medical Center. He was born in Flushing, NY on March 5, 1954, the son of Calvin C. and Genevieve (Malisheski) Jensen. He resided in Flushing for a number of years and also lived in Williamsport, PA and Massappqua Park, NY before moving to New Hampshire in 1968. He was a graduate of West High School and had worked earlier in his career for Lockheed Sanders. He was a member of the NRA and loved spending time outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery and golf. He was predeceased by his father and by a son, Jonathan Jensen both of whom died in 1998. Family members include his wife of 20 years, Donna (Dubois) Jensen; his mother of Bedford; two sons, Christian William Jensen and Corey Christopher Jensen, both of Manchester; two daughters, Virginia Rose Jensen and Nicole Jennifer Jensen, both of Manchester; a step son, Jeffrey Battistelli of Manchester; one grandson; a brother, Stephen Jensen of Beverly, MA; a sister, Julie Clement of Manchester; and several nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts and cousins. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:00 in St. Patrick Church. Committal services will follow in St. Hedwig Cemetery, Bedford. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Northern New England Chapter, 114 Perimeter Road, Nashua, NH 03063. Donations may also be made in his memory for Masses.
