LISBON, NH Calvin G. Sweeney, age 48, passed away on May 26, 2006 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.
Born in Littleton on March 19, 1958, he was the son of Robert and Maureen (Dodge) Sweeney, Sr. He attended White Mountain Regional School.
Calvin began his mechanical career at the age of 15 and worked for various construction companies in the area, most recently for Paragon Construction. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved to be around family and friends.
Surviving family members include his mother, Maureen Sweeney of Woodsville, NH; his wife, Audrey (Ash) Sweeney of Lisbon, NH; two sons, Timothy Sweeney of Bethlehem, NH, and Michael Sweeney of Littleton, NH; a daughter, Paula Sweeney of Littleton, NH; two stepsons, Derek Heinig of Lisbon, NH and Tyler Heinig of Bethlehem, NH; three brothers, Wes Sweeney of Lisbon, NH, Lonnie Sweeney of Littleton, NH, and Robbie Sweeney of Barnet, VT; three sisters, Tammy Call of Springfield, NH, Brenda Bergeron of Twin Mountain, NH, and Wanda Hook of Littleton, NH; and four grandchildren.
SERVICES A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home Littleton Chapel, 101 Union Street, Littleton, NH, with Pastor Ernest Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Wheeler Hill Cemetery in Littleton.
