Carmela A. Conti

Carmela Ann (Grieco) Conti, 75, passed away on September 9, 2024 at her home in Candia with loving family at her side. She was born on September 28, 1948 to the late Alexander & Florence (Lablanc) Grieco in Boston, MA. She would go on to marry her best friend, Frank Conti, on February 1st, 1970, with whom she raised four loving children.

Carmela graduated from East Boston High School in 1966. In her early twenties, she loved to sew clothes for herself and her children. She recently took up quilting and made many beautiful quilts for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed shopping, traveling and going to the Casino.

Carmela is predeceased by her sister Joyce Breault. She is survived by her husband Frank Conti; daughters Renee Joaquin & Jacqueline Carrier; sons Frank J. Conti III & Craig Conti; Siblings Cheryl Wilson, Alice Russo, Joan Grieco, Cindy Conforti, Tony Grieco and Jimmy Grieco; grandchildren Alexis Martin, Rebecalyn Avery, Julia Miville, Allyson Kitchens, Sophia Kitchens, Lincoln Carrier, Madison Carrier, Ryan Jr. and Maegan Conti; great grandchild Cody Avery Jr. as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Calling Hours for Carmela will be held on Sunday, September 15 from 4-7 PM, with a memorial service beginning at 6 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes, 243 Hanover St. Manchester, NH. She will be laid to rest at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester, NH on Monday, September 16 at 11 AM.
