Carol E. (Blanchart) Jolicoeur, 58, died on August 27, 2000 at her home in Bedford after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Jolicoeur was born on May 5, 1942 in Manchester, NH the daughter of Mary (Roustas) Blanchart and the late Emiel Blanchart. She was a lifelong resident of Bedford. She was the manager of hot lunch department in the Bedford School System for 25 years. Mrs. Jolicoeur was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved horse shows. Family members include her husband of 41 years Ronald Jolicoeur, three sons Thomas Jolicoeur, Steven Jolicoeur, all of Bedford and Brian Jolicoeur of Hopkinton, NH, her mother of Bedford, NH, one granddaughter, Nicole Jolicoeur, a brother, Victor Blanchart of Manchester, several nieces and nephews. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Services will he held Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock in the funeral home with Dr. Rev. Richard M. Webster of Bedford Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, NH.
