Carol A. Pratt

Carol Ann (Thurlow) Pratt was born in Lowell, MA on October 16, 1948 to Winfield and Hope Thurlow, and passed peacefully in her sleep on July 4, 2023, in Manchester, NH.

Carol is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Doiron and spouse, Jennifer Doiron, Heidi Pratt, Heather Pratt, Marlaina Pratt and long-term partner, William Dunbar; her beloved grandchildren, Angela Baldwin, Jacob Baldwin, Mary LaClair, Robert Woodworth, David Woodworth, Sarah Woodworth, Amber Woodworth, Brittny McIntire, Richard Lamarche, Milana Pelosi, Aubreyana Pelosi, Daniel Everett Jr, Christian Lamontagne, Anthony Lamontagne, Sheliya Dunbar, and Jennifer Dunbar; her great-grandson Clifford McIntire; her siblings, Winfield "Skippy" Thurlow, Edward Thurlow, Cynthia Reid, Jean Lizotte, and Gloria Paicopolos; as well as many nieces and nephews. All held a special place in her heart. She is pre-deceased by her infant daughter, Sheila, and the father of her children, former husband, Wayne Pratt.

A bright and dynamic woman, she sang and danced constantly. Having a strong Catholic faith, she used her wisdom to help guide others. She never met a stranger and made friends easily. 

Carol expressed her wishes long ago, that when the time came guests are to wear color in her honor as she felt black was way too "dreary and depressing".

SERVICES: Calling hours will be Friday, July 14, 2023, from 5 – 7 p.m. at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH. A funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A Catholic Mass and interment will be held in the future.
