Carrie Fowler

Carrie was born on July 12, 1974, to the late Reese and Nina Fowler. She was a lifelong resident of Seabrook and a graduate of Winnacunnet High School, Class of 1992.

Carrie devoted many years of service working at the Seabrook Town Hall.

She had a love for music, reading, and was never shy about speaking her mind. Her honesty, and one-of-a-kind personality, made a lasting impression on everyone who knew her and loved her.

Carrie leaves behind her beloved daughter, Lillian O’Leary, along with many friends who will miss her dearly.

A celebration of life will be held in Carrie’s honor after the holidays, with details to be announced at a later date.

Assisting the family with arrangements is the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Hampton, NH.
