CECELIA BROUSSEAU

LITTLETON, NH  Cecelia Brousseau, 87, passed away on September 25, 2004, at the Littleton Regional Hospital after a brief illness.

A native of Littleton, Cecelia was born a daughter to William J. and Florence R. (Lord) Brousseau on September 7, 1917. She attended area schools and graduated from Littleton High School in 1935.

The Littleton Water and Light Company employed Cecelia for over 35 years. She was a lifetime member of the Catholic Daughters of America and loved people. She enjoyed doing various activities with her friends, as well as doing crafts, watching baseball and basketball. Cecelia volunteered for many years at the American Red Cross Blood Drives in Littleton.

Cecelia is survived by one niece, Deirdre Brousseau of Littleton, NH; one nephew Timothy C. Brousseau of Lebanon, NH; two grandnieces, Carlen Berger of Milford, MA, and Jonna Brousseau of Littleton, NH; two grandnephews, Timothy M. Brousseau of Denver, CO, and Matthew Brousseau of Littleton, NH; and one sister-in-law, Helen Sis Brousseau of Littleton, NH. One brother and one sister predeceased her.

SERVICES  The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home, 101 Union Street, Littleton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. John Fleming as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Rose Cemetery.
