Cecile (Hebert) Beliveau Manchester Age 90 of Manchester, died Sunday October 16th at Villa Crest Nursing Home in Manchester. She was born on August 3, 1915 in Manchester, the daughter of Albert and Albertine (LaFrance) Hebert. She had attended St. Marie School, and was a lifelong resident of the city. Growing up, she was her Fathers little girl, and very devoted to her parents. As a young women, she worked painting portraits for Roe Studios in Manchester. She also worked with her Father making frames in the familys barn. As a teenager, she enjoyed spending summers at her Aunt and Uncles home in Newburyport, MA. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, Grand mother & Great Grandmother. She always loved creating special gifts for family and friends, and Christmas was her favorite holiday of the year. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially with all of her Grandchildren. Although she lacked a formal education, her family will always remember her as the best teacher they could have ever had. She is survived by 2 Sons, Andre Beliveau and his wife Sharon & Raymond Beliveau and his wife Claudette, all of Manchester. 2 Daughters, Marguerite P. Smith and her ex-husband Glenn & Irene Beliveau, all of Manchester. 1 Sister, Pauline Provencher of Florida. 10 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive her. She was pre-deceased by here husband of 60 years, Jean J. Beliveau as well as 2 children whom she lost during childbirth. Calling hours are Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematorium 243 Hanover Street. Funeral Services are Wednesday at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel.
