Charles "Charlie" Barriere, 67 of New Boston, passed away surrounded by his loving family on June 3rd, 2021 in Manchester.
Charlie was born on March 30, 1954 to Robert and Jacqueline (Cote) Barriere in Quebec, Canada and was the beloved husband of Elaine (Croteau) Barriere with whom he shared 43 years of marriage.
Charlie was an avid outdoorsman, a skilled carpenter; working in the Local 33 Union for many years, and overall was a man of many trades. He was one of a kind, a unique soul and will be dearly missed.
Along with his wife and parents, Charlie is survived by his three children; Cassidy Barriere and his wife Kera of Weare, Jeremy Barriere, and Cody Barriere both of New Boston, siblings; Micheline Turcotte and her husband Serge of Bath, Nelson Barriere and his wife Christianne of Dunbarton, and Doris Weaver and her husband Jim of Weare. Charlie is the adoring grandfather of Caleb, Kayla, and Camden and is survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 9th from 4-7pm in the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester. A memorial service will follow at 7pm in the funeral home. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend.
