Charles Maloof

Charles Maloof, 93, of Deerfield Beach, Florida, died August 1, 2004 at his home in Deerfield, Florida. He was born in Lawrence, Ma., on February 11, 1911, the son of William and Salome (Lewis) Maloof and had been residing in Florida. Mr. Maloof built and restored antique cars. In the 1950’s he was a bartender at major hotels in Florida. Charles was a boat Captain and he also taught classes. He maneuvered boats of many Massachusett residents to their docks in Florida. Family members include his daughter, Charlotte O’Neil of Massachusetts, several grandchildren, a brother Al Maloof of California, a sister Kay Hajaar of Atlanta, Georgia, several nieces and nephews. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are welcomed to a graveside service for Mr. Maloof on Thursday afternoon at 1 o’clock in Pine Grove Cemtery, Manchester, NH. The Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
