Cheri Ann Camacho

Cheri Ann Camacho M.D., 29, of Philadelphia, PA died unexpectedly September 4, 2008 at home in Philadelphia. She was born on December 7, 1978 in Washington DC, the daughter of Adolfo and Camille (Skowron) Camacho of N. Potomac, Maryland. She was raised and educated in North Potomac. She did her undergraduate studies at Keynon College in Ohio. She went on to medical school at the University of Rochester in NY and was in her second year of anesthesiology residency at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Cheri was a warm and outgoing person who always had a smile. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with family and friends and her beloved dog Sassy. Besides her father, Adolfo and her mother and best friend, Camille, she is survived by her sister, Candice Camacho MD, and her brother in-law Chris Riccio MD of Bedford, NH; nephew, Brian; loving boyfriend, Frank Contreras MD of Boston, MA and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Calling Hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St , Manchester on Tuesday from 4-8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00AM at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Bedford. Burial will follow.
