Christine D. Jelley

Christine D. (Pratte) Jelley, 47, of Bedford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 8:20am, August 29, 2018 at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, she was surrounded by her two daughters and husband.
Born in Manchester, she is the daughter of Roger and Lucille (Gelinas) Pratte. Raised and educated in Manchester, Christine married the love of her life, Darryl, in 1993. Together, they settled in Bedford to raise their beautiful family.

A beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, Christine's family was paramount in her life. She cherished time spent with her girls and entire family, especially during the holidays. A dedicated member of her neighborhood and community, Christine was active with her daughters' extracurricular activities and volunteered at their schools. In her spare time, Christine and her family enjoyed summers at Rye beach, with family and friends. Christine loved animals of all kinds, especially her dog Pabu. Christine will be best remembered for her kind heart and generous soul. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Christine is survived by her husband, Darryl, with whom she shared 25 years of marriage; two daughters, Libby Mei Jelley and Gracy Emma Jelley; parents Roger and Lucille Pratte of Bedford; two sisters, Kathy Wylie and husband Bill of FL, and Leslie Riley and husband Chris of Bedford; four brothers, Bob Pratte and wife Monique, Dave Pratte and wife Jackie, Steve Pratte and wife Amy, and John Pratte and wife Christine; father and mother-in-law, Bruce and Karen Jelley of Bedford; three sisters-in-law, Darla Jelley, Dana Reid and husband Jason, and Dina Pellerin and husband Shane; countless nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; and extended family and friends.

ARRANGEMENTS: The Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Friday, September 7 at 10:00A.M. at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 190 Meetinghouse Rd., Bedford. Assisting the family with arrangements is the Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., Manchester.
