Christopher Alan Nutile, 43, died unexpectedly on January 4, 2011 while vacationing in Rio de Janeiro.
He was born December 21, 1967 in the town of Biddeford, ME, graduated from Bishop Guertin High School, Nashua, NH, studied psychology at University of Massachusetts Boston and resided in New York, NY. He was Director, Executive Search for MediaLink, LLC and launched the organizationâs Retained Executive Search practice.
Prior to joining MediaLink, he was consulting for Google, where he directed recruiting efforts for the companyâs newly formed Agency Relations organization, as well as for the Direct Sales operation within Google Canada. In addition to working for Google, he worked for online search engine giant Yahoo! where he headed up staffing efforts for Media Sales and was instrumental in building their sales organizations within the United States and Canada.
In 2008, Nutile became Yahooâs first dedicated HR and Staffing professional embedded with the companyâs Miami based Latin American Division. Previously, Mr Nutile worked as Director of Recruiting for digital agency powerhouse Razorfish. He served on the Razorfish Global Executive HR team and was responsible for building the organizationâs headcount from 600 to 2200 in two years.
Chris is predeceased by his sister Luanne Nutile. He is survived by his loving parents, Gene and Carolyn Nutile of Nashua, NH; sisters Lisa Frederick Alvarez and her husband Brian, of Feeding Hills, MA, Laurel Giammarino and her husband, Anthony, of Goffstown, NH, and Tara Maden and her husband, Barry, of Nashua, NH; and ten nieces and nephews â Jordan, Zan, Taylor, Sawyer, Jake, Sam, Anna, Kalea, Mia and Tiruneh.
Chrisâ life would seem short to many, but he was a humanitarian and those who were touched by him understood that the âquality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one livesâ .
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Blessed John XXIII, 121 Allds St., Nashua, NH Saturday, Jan 29th at 12 noon.
