Claire L. Fournier

Claire L. Wood Fournier, 82, died March 14, 2024, at her home, surrounded by family, in Littleton, NH. She was born on 8/07/1941, the daughter of Vernon and Doris Wood. She was the loving wife of Raoul J. Fournier. They were married on September 9th of 1961 and lovingly enjoyed over 62 years of marriage.

She was a 1960 graduate of Littleton High School and a long time resident of New Hampshire. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Some of her greatest adventures included her sister, Alana Lewis, and her brother, Vernon (Skip)Wood.

She is survived by her husband, Raoul Fournier. Her son, Mitchel Fournier and his wife, Terri; daughter, Pamela Carley; grandchildren, Tabitha, Leigh, Bryan, Adam, Brittney, Caitlyn (Spencer), Kimberly, Ethan, Abigail, and Isabella; great grandchildren, Hunter, Koledyn, Gage, Kaida, Timothy, Victoria, Ramona, and Eloise. She is also survived by her brother, Vernon (Skip) Wood and his wife, Judith; her sister, Alana Lewis and her husband, James, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 10:00AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church, 77 Clay Street, Littleton, NH 03561. The services will be followed by a luncheon. 

Claire’s interment will take place at a later date at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Littleton, NH.
