Clarence George Blevens, Jr., 85, of Candia, passed away October 20, 2018 at home, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Kennebunk, ME on July 14, 1933 to the late Clarence Sr. and Helen (Irzyk) Blevens. Clarence attended Manchester public schools and graduated from Manchester Central High School. He proudly served in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Army Reserves. He owned and operated Freedom Acres Green House and Floral Shop with his late wife, Laurette, in Candia. Clarence worked many different jobs throughout the State of NH and was a camera-man for WMUR early in his career. Clarence loved to learn about technology and was a very creative person. He enjoyed attending all events involving his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Clarence is survived by four children and their spouses: Daniel and Mary Blevens of Bedford, Lynn and Floyd Raymond of Florida, Gerald and Donna Blevens of Auburn, and Mark and Kriss Blevens of Manchester, as well as 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; five siblings: Beverly White of Auburn, Elizabeth Garon of Auburn, Kenneth Blevens of Bow, Patricia Duquette of Florida, and Bruce Blevens of Meredith, as well as many nieces and nephews. Clarence was predeceased by his loving wife, Laurette (Nadeau) Blevens, his daughter, Virginia (Blevens) Dooley, his brother, Richard Blevens, and his two grandchildren, Josh and Amber.
